At WeorPremium, every product is printed or crafted specially for you after your order is placed. Because each item is made-to-order, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure trust, quality, and customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns/exchanges if:

(Printing damage, broken item, torn fabric, etc.)

βœ… You received the wrong item

(Incorrect design, size, or color compared to your order)

βœ… There is a major printing error

(Misaligned print, smudged print, faded print on arrival)

If your issue falls under any of the above categories, we will offer:

A free replacement, or

A refund (only if replacement is not possible)


You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

❌ Wrong size chosen by customer

(Please check size charts carefully before ordering)

❌ Change of mind after receiving the product

❌ Personal dislike of print/style

❌ Customer entered incorrect address

❌ Delays caused by courier or weather conditions

(These are outside our control)

❌ Slight color differences due to lighting or screen brightness

(All screens display colors differently)

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued when:

We sent the wrong product

The product arrived damaged

The product is defective


Refunds are NOT issued for:

Advance payment disputes after production starts

Orders already printed or shipped

Orders delayed by courier services

Incorrect address provided by customer


Refunds are processed to the same payment method used during checkout.

4. Replacement Policy

If a mistake is made from our side, we will:

Reprint your product

Replace it for free

Ship it again without extra cost


Replacements are shipped within 2–4 days after approval.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Because items are printed immediately after order confirmation:
