We currently sell and ship only within Pakistan.
3. What is Print-on-Demand (POD)?
Print-on-demand means your product is manufactured only after you place an order.
This ensures fresh printing, premium quality, and zero wasted stock.

Yes! We offer personalized designs such as names, quotes, photos, and more.

Yes, as long as your file/image is high resolution for clear printing.

6. How long does order processing take?
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, which includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once production starts, orders cannot be changed or cancelled, because each item is customized.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY (Pakistan Only)
8. Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Yes, we ship to all cities in Pakistan.
9. What are your delivery times?
Sindh: 2–4 Days
Punjab: 4–6 Days
Delivery may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
10. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking code or link.
You can check the delivery status through the courier’s tracking page.
If you didn’t receive the tracking code, email us.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Advance Payment Only, through:

No orders are processed until payment is received.
12. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. COD is not available.
Since every product is custom-printed, we only accept advance payments to ensure genuine orders and smooth processing.
13. Is advance payment safe?
Absolutely. All transactions are made through secure and verified channels.
We also never store your full payment information.

14. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns for:

We do not accept returns for:
Wrong size selection

15. What should I do if my product is damaged or printed incorrectly?

We will provide a replacement or solution.
